Theresa K. Kossuth, PA-C, is a board certified physician assistant, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Sciences in 1991 from the University of Florida Physician Assistant Program held at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida. She completed the Norwalk-Yale Physician Assistant Residency Program at Norwalk Hospital's Department of Surgical Education in 1992. She also holds an Associate of Arts degree in paramedical sciences from Anne Arundel Community College and a BA degree in biological sciences from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland.
