All Phase Therapy & Restorative Fitness was founded by physical therapist Pat Tino in 2019. He created a model of care that focuses on quality, compassionate, and skilled professional expertise when it comes to evaluating and treating his patients. Pat fully believes in the 1:1 model of care when it comes to working with his patients. As a veteran in the industry, he is fully aware of the cumbersome and ethically challenging interplay between insurance companies and outpatient physical therapy clinics. He believes there is a better way to deliver physical therapy.
