Andrew Boltuch DO is an orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery. He specializes in primary and complex surgeries of the upper extremity. His practice includes the use of 3D imaging and cutting-edge preoperative planning software to customize shoulder replacements unique to each patient’s particular needs. He has authored multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his research at national and international meetings. Dr. Boltuch is an Associate Professor for the Orthopedic Residency program at Largo Medical Center and is on staff at Morton Plant Hospital, Palms of Pasadena, St. Anthony’s Hospital, and Largo Medical Center.
