We offer a DOT random testing program for Merchant Mariners and their employers, as well as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and the Designated Employer Representative (DER) Training that is required of maritime employers. We are very knowledgeable of the drug testing regulations and are compliant with 46 CFR and 49 CFR.
