Sarah leads her students through the movements, breaking everything down into manageable parts. She is able to offer adaptations for people with physical limitations. Sarah lived & worked as a professional teacher in Taiwan & China where she studied Tai Chi & Qigong. She is a knowledgeable, skilled instructor who enjoys helping others achieve their best selves.
