Big Heart Group Home 2: 7901 Heather Ct, Twelve Oaks, Tampa. Our spacious residential facility provides round-the-clock nursing care, life skills development, medication management, transportation, and personalized care plans that include speech therapy, incontinence care, and assistance with daily living activities. We provide social activities, outings, residential habilitation, and three home-cooked meals per day. Money management skills are also available. We promote independence and encourage community participation.
