Human beings simply aren't meant to journey through this life alone. Sometimes we need people to walk beside us through hard moments in our lives. I believe in a total mind, body, and spirit approach to wellness. I work on a one on one basis, as well as with families and couples. My style of therapy is eclectic and based on your individual needs. I also offer faith based counseling for those that are interested I believe firmly that you know yourself better than I ever will, and I am simply here to help you discover what is already inside of you.
