Carol Cox, MD, FACOG

Carol Cox, MD, FACOG is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and brings over 20 years of experience in advanced gynecological care to Tampa. She serves as Chair of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology for the Tampa Bay region and is an Assistant Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of South Florida. Dr Cox believes in getting to know her patients and establishing trust enabling her to give them the knowledge and empowerment they need to find wellness. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, riding horses and listening to music. Dr Cox believes that getting to know her patients and establishing trust and open dialogue is key to the best long term women’s health.
