Please note: The Building Services office will be closing the FIRST Wednesday of each month at 12pm. Inspection hours will remain the same, 8am-3:30pm. Largo's Building Services is responsible for all permitting efforts in the City and performs building inspections. A major focus is to ensure that commercial and residential buildings and structures comply with the Florida Building Code (FBC) and all other applicable laws and ordinances.
