Clear Path Clinic - Suboxone Vivitrol - Addiction and Primary Care

We are an outpatient addiction and primary care clinic. The physician is Board Certified with years of experience in Addiction and Internal Medicine. We believe medical assisted treatment can be a valuable tool in helping gain control of opiate and alcohol addiction. We use Suboxone, Sublocade, naltrexone, and Vivitrol as part of our medical treatment. We do not use methadone. However, we do help patients get off methadone and help them transition to Suboxone. Once you become a patient for addiction treatment, primary care services are included in the fee. Telephone visits can be done as well. We do accept Medicare. We are also a primary care clinic with an affordable self pay rate.
