The Elsea Law firm is an aggressive and distinguished criminal defense firm in Tampa, Florida. The founding partner, Joel Elsea, is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law. Prior to opening the Elsea Law Firm, Joel has extensive experience working on the prosecution side of the judicial system, having spent several years as the Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County. As a result, Mr. Elsea is very familiar with not only the players in the prosecution office, but how to best navigate a case from the defense side using insights gained from his time as a prosecutor.
