Empowered Athletics offers private training and small group classes. Personal training: While we are skilled at weightloss, general strength, conditioning, and injury prevention, our specialty is working with clients with occupational- related pain or injuries, joint conditions, rehabilitation needs or chronic issues. All clients receive a movement assessment to ensure the best care and individualized programming. Small group training: Our small group classes are challenging, yet customized to your needs. We do our own programming which includes structured strength and conditioning. Our variety of classes ensures all aspects of training are being performed during the week. Personal training clients get discounts on classes.
