Enterprising Latinas, Inc.

Enterprising Latinas, Inc. (ELI) creates pathways of opportunities for women in Tampa Bay, particularly Latinas due to the large wage and wealth gaps affecting them. We seek economic prosperity for women and our community because we believe that when women do well, their children and communities do better. ELI’s programs include: -Workforce Development, offering basic and technical skills trainings and employment support; -Economic Mobility Mentoring for women -Business development training, technical assistance, networking, and capital access; -Information and Referrals to community resources, and; -Community Prosperity initiatives to build community assets that create economic opportunity and position Wimauma as a place of opportunity.
