Excelsior Prep Charter School believes that the acquisition of linguistic and cultural skills is an integral part of all levels of education and society, that foreign language learning is best achieved in the elementary grades, and that establishing bilingual literacy in K‐8 grade levels greatly enhances future academic and economic opportunities.
