Focus Academy

Focus Academy is a tuition-free charter school for ESE/special needs students in Middle School, and High School, and we offer a Transition Program through age 22. Our students have disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and/or Intellectually Disabled. Social skills therapies are incorporated into the curriculum for a seamless learning experience with the goal of transitioning into the real world. We have been serving ESE students since 2013 and have received the Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) Excellence in Action award and the highest academic rating for an ESE center from the State of Florida. Focus Academy is exclusively for ESE students with an IEP on Access Points.
