Hammad N Tashkandi, MD

Dr Tashkandi obtained his MD from Taibah University College of Medicine, Medina, Saudi Arabia. He completed a Research Fellowship in the Department of Pathology at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and a Pathology Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he also served as Chief resident. He then completed a Hematopathology Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He recently completed a Molecular Genetics Pathology Fellowship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr Tashkandi's clinical focus is to diagnose, prognosticate, and monitor hematologic malignancies, and to guide patient-specific therapy.
