Hongzhi Xu, MD, PhD

Dr Xu received his MD degree from Tongji Medical University, Wuhan, China, and his PhD from University of North Carolina, Charlotte. He completed a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Biomedical Science, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and a Residency in Pathology at the Louisiana State University. He went on to complete a Genitourinary Pathology Fellowship at Tufts Medical Center and, most recently, a Fellowship in Cytopathology at Duke University Medical Center. Dr Xu's clinical interests include genitourinary pathology and cytopathology.
