Our mission is to foster equitable opportunities for residents, regardless of age, sex, race or religion throughout the City of Plant City. As a non profit community development corporation we address areas of economic & workforce development, quality of life and cultural diversity. Past projects - Neighborhood Development of Lincoln and Madison Park neighborhoods to include recreational amenities, preserving the cultural character, and infrastructure improvements to address flooding, and curb appeal (signage, street lightning).
