My work is rooted in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). REBT is a goal-oriented therapeutic approach that encourages people to challenge and replace self-defeating beliefs with healthier alternatives. REBT is the pioneering form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and it is an excellent choice for those who not only wish to FEEL better, but to GET better. My specialties include anxiety, communication, coping skills, couples counseling, life transitions, relationships, self-acceptance, self-direction, and stress management.
