Peterborough Apartments Inc

Peterborough is a 150-unit apartment community originally built in 1981 to meet the mission of its sponsor, Peterborough Apartments, Inc., an affiliate of The Cathedral Church of St. Peter, in helping low-income elderly in the downtown St. Petersburg area. Over the past 35 years, Peterborough Apartments has successfully provided affordable housing and supportive services for elderly and disabled individuals. The property was fully renovated in 2015, with improvements made to building systems, energy efficient features, apartment interiors (flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, etc.), and common area upgrades.
