Polaris Associates, Inc. is a land surveying company operating since 1991 in Clearwater, Florida. Polaris Associates performs a variety of surveys including ALTA/NSPS boundary surveys, topographic, tree, utility and jurisdiction, hydrographic and wet zone surveys. We have 7 field crews with the latest robotic equipment and survey grade G.P.S. receivers. Our design surveys are used by engineers to create your project and we offer the platting services and as-builts to complete the project. Field crew chiefs and office technicians are "Certified Survey Technicians" (C.S.T) through the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS).
