Quest Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) provide a nurturing home environment for individuals with severe and profound developmental disabilities who are non-ambulatory. Our programs offer skilled nursing care and other special programs in comfortable and customized residences that meet the needs of the individuals we serve. Our 24-hour nursing team’s primary focus is to maximize opportunities for choice and independence, ensure personal care and safety, and encourage social interactions with peers that support each individual’s passions and priorities.
