About Rocky Creek Village Senior Living Rocky Creek Village is a large active adults community in Tampa. Rocky Creek Village offers Independent Living that includes one and two bedroom apartment homes with a full kitchen for a monthly rental fee with no buy-in. The monthly rental fee includes all utilities (except phone) and maintenance outside the home. For the residents’ convenience we offer the option to add on housekeeping, laundry / linen services and / or a meal pass. At Rocky Creek Village we strive to serve the many needs of our aging population by providing Assisted Living with varying types of care and services offered: bathing, grooming and dressing assistance; personal hygiene assistance; daily nutritious meals and much more
