St. Michael's Legal Center provides legal advice and representation in the areas of Family Law, including child support, visitation, custody, and, under limited circumstances, dissolution of marriage; Immigration, Wills and Probate, Foreclosure Defense and Bankruptcy. We serve families whose income does not exceed 225% of federal poverty guidelines. There is a one time $75 administrative fee. Attorneys and most staff are volunteers.
