Sweetwater Villas Apartments

Sweetwater Villas is an Affordable Housing Community located on Lois Avenue, south of Humphrey Street in Hillsborough County, Florida. This newly constructed 56-unit community consists of 36 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom apartments, and opened in 2018. All apartments will be equipped with modern kitchens, two bathrooms, and ample storage. Amenities include a community area, playground, lakefront gazebo, free parking and several resident services.
