Tampa Bay Eye

Sara Creekmore, DO, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and surgeon at Tampa Bay Eye and Facial Aesthetics in Lutz, Florida. She was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and grew up loving nature and enjoying soccer, softball, and waterskiing with her family. A serious soccer injury required her to learn to walk again, and inspired her interest in medicine. She was awarded a scholarship to attend Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia where she studied biology and graduated as a Provost Scholar. Compelled by her own story of healing, she earned her doctorate of osteopathic medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
