Timothy Nyswening, MD, MS, MPHS

Timothy M. Nywening, MD, MS, MPHS, is on the medical staff at Tampa General Hospital. He has received advanced training and specializes in hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery and complex general surgical oncology. Dr. Nywening offers expertise in a broad range of surgical oncology services, including minimally invasive surgical techniques. His areas of clinical expertise include treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies as well as melanoma, sarcoma and soft tissue cancers. In addition, he has a strong clinical and research interest in both malignant and benign diseases of the liver, pancreas and biliary systems. Dr.
