Our experienced trainers design workouts that cater to each individual, taking into consideration your personal strengths and opportunities. Our primary focus is circuit-based strength training classes which are scientifically proven to be most beneficial as we age. In addition to strength training, we also have indoor cycling and kickboxing classes to provide a full spectrum of fitness options and mobility and yoga options to aid in recovery.
