TrialFocus is a Florida and Georgia-based trial consulting firm founded by lawyers utilizing focus groups and mock trials as the starting point to help attorneys uncover the strengths and weaknesses of their cases. Our legal experience equips us to use opposition role play for more accurate case feedback. We can also spot and address evidentiary or procedural issues that other consultants might miss. When cases don’t settle, TrialFocus works with trial lawyers to present their best case, including video-based training and instruction and additional mock juror feedback. We can assist with all phases of trial, particularly the jury selection process, and may, on a selective basis, co-counsel cases and take on any aspect of trial necessary.
