Gregg E. Sawyer, President & CEO – born and raised in Pasco County provides a combination of formal training and 42 years of hands-on field experience is the founder and head of this team. Gregg graduated from LSU majoring in Architecture, has a Florida Building license since 1983, and Alabama Building license since 2008. Gregg has been a consultant, plan designer, project manager, and Director of Operation for several building contractors. Gregg was also a teacher for Pasco County specializing in design and construction, consisting of the preparation of architectural building plans, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and site code requirements. Some of his earlier days’ project include Publix, Dollar General Stores, Albertson, Eckerd Drug Store
