Monroe Middle School

South Tampa Academy at Monroe Middle Magnet is an exciting new middle school option aiming to develop active learners and internationally minded students. Guided by the International Baccalaureate IB World School Philosophy, students pursue lives of purpose and meaning, while striving to be open-minded, principled thinkers. Electives like our Robotics, Computer Modeling & Simulation Program engage them. Classmates connect with sports teams and clubs, such as LEGO Mindstorms, EV3 Robotics and STEM Guitar Building. A supportive transition into middle school starts with Fifth Grade STEAM Day, where students experience a day in the life of a sixth grader and feel at home in their new learning environment.
